Foils with a woodgrain patterns
We offer decorative woodgrain hot stamping foils in a wide variety of patterns that have the look of real wood. Our new wood imitation foils add a real-looking wood surface to your products. We can meet the high requirements of the furniture and construction industries. Woodgrain foils can be applied to either wood or plastic substrates and are manufactured for Medium Density Fiberboards, MDF boards. Woodgrain is an environmentally friendly and solvent free transfer finish process. The foil is transferred in a one step operation by heat and pressure via a silicone rubber roller providing a strong realistic decoration. The adhesive layer is transferred from the carrier film onto the substrate. This foil is a free release foil with superb print quality, colour consistency and a high volume process. Custom colour design matching is available upon request.
